Refund/Return Policy

We stand behind our product at WST and want to ensure customer satisfaction and the best experience when purchasing your wall tent with us. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your product contact us within 60 days of purchase to ensure a full refund on an unused tent.

Warranty

We offer a lifetime warranty on the craftsmanship of our products but this does not include external damage inflicted on the tents. Although if there is external damage endured to the tent we will fix it for free with the customer paying both ways of shipping. We recommend letting your tent fully dry before putting it away for storage to ensure lifetime use. 

Fulfillment/Shipping

Currently a 2 week turn around from date of purchase to receive your order until September 1st, 2022. Tracking information will be given via email once package has been shipped to ensure the customer can have access to location of their package. 

Privacy Policy

We want to ensure at WST that the privacy of our customers is very important to us. Any photos/videos or testimonials used we have been granted permission from the customer to have access to.
